A graduate of Conway High School and the University of Central Arkansas, Dr. Fulmer earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he also completed his Family Medicine residency. As a longtime Faulkner County resident, he brings years of experience caring for patients throughout the region and is committed to building lasting relationships while delivering personalized, compassionate care.
