Amelie Hollier is a certified nurse practitioner, a Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (now American Association of Nurse Practitioners), a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, co-founder of Advanced Practice Education Associates (APEA), and serves as a reviewer for the Journal for Nurses Practitioners. She has authored or co-authored 26 books for nurse practitioners, including certification review books and clinical practice guidelines. She has presented numerous continuing education programs for nurse practitioners and students across the country. While these accomplishments are very impressive, they don’t begin to describe Amelie’s passion for teaching and learning. She brings her south Louisiana charm to every presentation.
