Alexis House, D.O., Joins UAMS’ Thomas and Lyon Longevity Clinic

LITTLE ROCK — Alexis House, D.O., has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and will treat patients at the Thomas and Lyon Longevity Clinic in the Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging.

She also serves as an assistant professor in the UAMS College of Medicine’s Department of Geriatrics.

House earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Smith. She completed her residency in family medicine at the UAMS Southwest Regional Campus in Texarkana.

In 2024, House received the Best Resident Award from the Arkansas Medical Society, a professional organization that represents more than 4,000 physicians, residents and medical students across the state.

“I’m excited to be at UAMS and to join a team that provides the kind of high-quality, comprehensive care that our older patients need and deserve,” she said.
