Rhonda Langrell, SPHR, CLRP, has joined Arkansas Children's Hospital as director of employee relations, according to Andre Trosclair, LCSW, JD, vice president of Human Resources.

Langrell's responsibilities include ensuring the proper communication and fair/legal implementation of personnel policies and procedures, serving as an employee relations advisor to department managers and supervisors, providing technical support on EEO issues, and overseeing personnel records management and employee recognition programs.

Langrell received both her BBA in personnel management and MBA from UALR
