Arkansas Children's Hospital Angel One Transport EMT Sedley A. Tomlinson, NREMT-B, I/C, CCPST, is the recipient of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians' Robert E. Motley National EMT of the Year Award.

Tomlinson has worked as an EMT for more than 17 years and also serves as an EMT Instructor/Coordinator and Department Safety Coordinator for Angel One. He also is the chair of the Arkansas EMS Foundation, and he serves as treasurer, Web site committee chair and membership chair for the Arkansas EMT Association. He is the recipient of the 2005 Arkansas EMT of the Year award.
