Dr. Laurie Barber, MD, an ophthalmologist in the Harvey and Bernice Jones Eye Institute at UAMS, recently received the Secretariat Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Barber, a professor of ophthalmology in the UAMS College of Medicine, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist, seeing patients at the Jones Institute and the VA. She joined the UAMS faculty in 1990.
